onstage introduction

Our next speaker grew up in survival mode. She found her way back through a paintbrush, a guitar, a comedy mic she picked up at 37, and — of all places — the bottom of the ocean. She's a keynote speaker, expressive abstract artist, and singer-songwriter who has built a community of nearly 10,000 people from the ground up and put her art on city buses, gallery walls, and stages across the country. She is here today because she believes your people aren't broken. They're becoming. Please welcome Beth Inglish.

Mini bio

Beth Inglish is a keynote speaker, expressive abstract artist, and singer-songwriter who helps people move from burnout and survival mode back into creativity, connection, and joy. Her work — on stage and on canvas — explores what it means to choose joy when it doesn't come naturally, and how that choice changes everything. She is the founder of the Nashville Creative Group (nearly 10,000 members) and voted "Best of Stage" by Smart Meetings. Based in Nashville, Tennessee.

Short bio

Beth Inglish is a keynote speaker, expressive abstract artist, and singer-songwriter whose work lives at the intersection of neuroscience, creativity, and the relentless will to feel alive again.

Her keynotes are grounded in nervous system science and delivered as a full sensory experience — story, music, and the visual language of her own paintings, which explore how line and color tell the story of what happens when we choose joy. She draws on her own journey from childhood trauma and complex PTSD, including a pivotal discovery as a scuba diving instructor: that intentional breath, thirty feet below the surface, could regulate a nervous system that years of fight/flight had hijacked.

Beth is the founder of the Nashville Creative Group, built from scratch to nearly 10,000 members. Her art has appeared on city buses, gallery walls, and in private collections. She has spoken for Bridgestone Americas, Salesforce, MPI, and the Tennessee Department of Mental Health, and was voted "Best of Stage" from Smart Meetings.
